Our client, an expanding European direct marketing firm, in Frankfurt, are urgently searching for an additional team player to join the 8-strong team of full- time
Customer support agents
With primarily excellent French skills, along with good English and German skills, you will ideally have proven exposure to direct marketing skills in the Luxury items sector along with relevant professional experience in the customer service/processing departments. With the French skills this customer support agent can cater for the expansion that is currently coming into fruition.
Responsibilities
- 1st Level Support of sales partners by telephone consultation
- Commercial processing of orders
- Administrative activities along with ability to translate from German to English
Your Profile
- Several years’ professional experience within the commercial sector (Sales, call center, Customer support)
- Motivated to support high sales and be used to working is such an environment
- ‘Hands on’ approach whilst using your own initiative
- Communicative but calm telephone manner with the ability to handle ‘difficult customers’ when needed
- Team player
- Flexibility and willing to help team to achieve excellent standards
Language Skills
- Native or near native French
- Must have Good English and German (Written and Spoken)
- Further foreign languages an advantage
